The Quantum Method

Through years of experience in various venues, Quantum Dynamix has mastered a project workflow that ensures clarity and transparency. Each project follows the same process; Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment.

During the planning phase, Quantum Dynamix will take the time to meet with you and discuss your needs. This process is a dialog, not a monologue, and is our opportunity to learn about your business. Based upon our discussions, clear objectives and goals are established, adhered to, and measured. A Project Specifications document is then drafted outlining each step for the remainder of the project, creating a constructive and progressive workflow that will help keep the project moving forward.

The design phase acquires the information and research collected during the planning phase and molds it into a working design. We will create a design layout that overcomes recognized challenges and conforms to the project outline and target audience. Through several rounds of review, discussion, and revision, a final design will emerge.

As the design phase comes to a close, the development phase will begin. During this phase, the completed design will be transformed into an actual working structure. This is the point in the process where the project begins to come to life. All of the decisions that were made during the planning and design phases come together in the development phase.

Once the project has received final approval, the project will be ready for deployment. In regards to an interactive project, the necessary files are placed on the appropriate server and all connections are made active. For a print project, final files are sent to a printer for production. This is the fruit of months of labor and is the pinnacle of the process.

Through an extensive and thorough process of approvals, the client has the opportunity to review the project at each critical stage. Understandable terms and approvals establish that appropriate accountability is placed on both us and the client to complete the project as proposed. The project will not advance forward without signed consent from the client, guaranteeing you “get what you pay for.”
